PRAISE REPORTS
These praise reports are from people in the Bible study we have every other Thursday. Because we continue to have so many praise reports each time we meet, we would like to share them with you.
This is what God is doing in Cumming, Georgia and with the members of Christ's Ambassadors.
WATER US WITH YOUR WORD!

I am proud to call this wonderful man my godson.
In a recent Bible study on a cool spring night, we had just eaten a fellowship supper together on the screened porch and went into a conversation on the Word and studying the depth of it as it relates to our secular environment.
We decided to hold hands around the table and pray. As we prayed, heads bowed, each prayed what was laid on their hearts. As we prayed, we heard rain coming our way. Because we are in a drought here, it was a welcome sound and during our prayers we thanked Him for the rain.
As we prayed more intently, the rain was all around the porch and poured harder and harder.
We thanked him for other small groups to go into the depth of the Word as to not be blinded to the events of this world and to have discernment as to what the Lord would have us do. Also, we prayed to have opportunities to witness. As we prayed the steady rain grew increasingly stronger so we prayed louder.
As we finished our prayer, the rain stopped and some of us decided to step out onto the deck to see how much rain had fallen.
As God is our witness, not one drop of rain or dampness was visible on the deck or in the yard or on the drive at the front of the house!
Now some would say, that's spooky. We say that's our God letting us know He's there with us pouring out His spiritual rain as in these Bible examples:
Hoesa63Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.
Isaiah 458 "You heavens above, rain down righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness grow with it; I, the LORD , have created it.
Ezekiel 3929 I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my Spirit on the house of Israel, declares the Sovereign LORD ."
Malachi 310 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.

When we all heard Ricks story that follows, each one of us truly got chill
bumps all over. Rick was in the process of selling his old car and was
asking $4,500.00. A couple had come to look at the car and was coming back
to make a decision. During the night, Rick was aroused and it was put on
his heart to only ask the couple to pay $3,800. When the couple arrived and
Rick told them that God had put on his heart to lower the price to $3,800,
the couple smiled with joy. They had also been praying that the price would
be lowered as they were short on funds. So the couple drove off with the
car and everyone was happy! Of course that's not the end of the story. Now
for the 2nd part of the miracle. About a week later, Rick noticed his back
account showed more money than he thought he had. In fact, he went to the
bank to have hem check it out, and lo and behold, there was $700.00 in
Rick's checking account that could not be accounted for. Now if you add
$3800 plus $700, you come out the $4500! Tell me that was not God
working!!!
We heard another amazing story from Terrie about the childrens minister from her church on his way to a church conference.
On the plane, he requested a window seat
and for some reason was assigned an aisle seat. He could not figure out why
as the rest of the row was empty, no one seated at the window or the middle
seat. As fate would have it, there was a man seated across the aisle and
exactly the same situation happened to him. He requested the window, was
assigned an aisle, and of course this was all planned as you will see. The
2 men started talking and lo and behold they were both going to the same
conference and both felt as though the seating arrangement had truly been
arranged by God. Well, by now you guessed it, there is more to come.
During the flight a woman from the back part of the plane, got up and walked
up the aisle and when she reached the 2 men, she fell on her knees and
fainted. No one could revive her and the captain started an emergency
landing. Since there was extra room on the row of seats, the two men helped
get the lady situated laying down and then the 2 men shared a row together,
one by the window, one on the aisle. They felt the presence of God and both
men reached over and touched the lady as they both prayed. In a few
moments, she came to, was okay and proceeded to go back to her seat.
Everyone around saw what happened. They asked the lady why she got up from
her seat in the first place, and she could not remember. But we all know
why! Everyone one the plane was touched with what went on. When the plane
landed there was much excitment, the 2 men received awards for taking action
in a medical emergency and were given over 7000 frequent flyer extra miles.
Well, we all know where those awards and extra miles came from. God!
